We are delighted to welcome Johni back to Providence! Many of you will recall the great program she did on "Charitable Estate Planning for Same Sex Couples" a few years ago and she enthusiastically responded to our invitation to return.
Johni has authored two books on charitable planning and is certified as a Fellow in Charitable Estate Planning (FCEP). In 2012, she founded and serves as President of the Charitable Estate Planning Institute, a 501-c-3 educational organization. She is also a PPP - Mid-Iowa member.

Charlie will present an introduction of and the crucial things your charity should know about these alternative ways of making gifts from your donors.
Charlie has overseen CJP’s Donor Advised Fund (DAF) program since 2008, during a period of explosive growth in grants made, gifts received and assets under management. Charlie will review the ABCs of DAFs, explain best practices that will keep donors and charities happy and share opportunities in prospect discovery, donor engagement and, of course, planned giving that can help every charity make the most of every DAF grant.
