Welcome!

The Partnership for Philanthropic Planning of Rhode Island is an association of advancement professionals and colleagues from allied fields, dedicated to furthering the gift planning profession through education and professional development. We are proud to include more than 100 southeastern New England professionals in our membership. Meetings are typically held during the months of September through May and include presentations, by both local and national speakers, on a wide variety of topics related to planned giving. Meetings also include "tool kit sessions" and provide a forum for sharing ideas and experiences with colleagues.

We are fortunate to attract outstanding speakers from across the country as well as to work effectively for the betterment of our profession. PPPRI is committed to offering a broad scope of educational opportunities to meet the growing needs of its diverse membership, through periodic programs and special programming.

Members will find information about upcoming meetings, scholarships, legislative alerts, job listings, planned giving resources, and much more. In addition, members can conveniently register for meetings from the site.

Programs

PPPRI generally assembles on the third Thursday of various months from September to May, 5-6 times per year. These programs consist of a breakfast discussion from 7:15 a.m. - 8:00 a.m., a speaker from 8:00 - 9:00 a.m., and a primer session from 9:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. Please contact us if you have a topic to present or suggest.
