Marketing Legacy Gifts:  Strategies That Work


Presented by Claudine A. Donikian, JD, MBA, President, CEO, Pentera, Inc., Indianapolis.  Claudine A. Donikian, JD, MBA, is the president, chief executive officer, and chief marketing officer of Pentera, Inc., and is regarded as one of the foremost experts in planned giving marketing. She is a frequent speaker on the national planned giving and AFP circuits and writes and conducts training modules for Pentera training seminars. As Pentera's chief marketing officer, she is the editor-in-chief for Pentera's corporate marketing content as well as client marketing content and personally consults with a select group of Pentera's clients on their marketing strategy and execution. Claudine's professional area of interest is women in philanthropy, and she serves as a member of the Advisory Council for the prestigious Women's Philanthropy Institute at the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy and as a member of the board of directors of the Partnership for Philanthropic Planning (PPP).  Read more>>

Planned Giving in a Small Shop:  How to Leverage Every Conversation


Jennifer Laurelli has been Director of Development at Providence Children’s Museum since December 2000.  She has an RN degree from the Royal Victoria School of Nursing, associated with McGill University, Montreal, Canada, and a BA in English from the University of Rhode Island with studies at Syracuse University and University of British Columbia.  She has over 25 years of project and fundraising experience, seven of those at the American Heart Association in Rhode Island as Director of Corporate Relations.  The Museum’s development department includes Ms. Laurelli, a development associate and special events manager.


Linda Rockwell has served on the Museum’s Board of Directors since April 2010.  She is the current Board secretary and serves on the executive, annual giving, major gifts/planned giving, and Board development committees.  Mrs. Rockwell is also a member of the Museum’s legacy gift society, the Constellation Society.
